Lilian is the Director of Operations at SIMC, where she plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and supporting the organization’s strategic initiatives. She oversees a broad portfolio of projects and activities, ensuring effective planning, coordination, execution, and delivery while streamlining office operations, facility management, procurement, and maintenance functions.

With over 30 years of experience in corporate governance and office operations, Lilian has built an extensive career across prestigious local and international law firms, investment management company and multinational corporations. Her expertise spans office operation, legal entity management across the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (APMEA) regions, legal entity rationalization, global integration of acquired entities, advising cross-functional teams on projects. She was also the lead for a wide range of commercial contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, procurement contracts; and advised on real estate matters.
