[Livestream on 16 September 2022] Commercial Dispute Resolution under RCEP

This year’s symposium on China-ASEAN Commercial Legal Cooperation focuses on deepening intellectual property (IP) protection and international cooperation under the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) agreement. The symposium is held in connection with the 19th China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit held in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

RCEP is the largest free trade agreement in the world among the 10 ASEAN member states, Australia, China, Japan, South Korea and New Zealand.

As part of the session on Commercial Dispute under the RCEP, Singapore International Mediation Centre CEO, Chuan Wee Meng, will share the results on the just-released Singapore International Dispute Resolution Academy (SIDRA) International Dispute Resolution Survey 2022 which sets out findings on user experience and satisfaction with different dispute resolution mechanisms.
