Countries across Asia are seeing an uptake in mediation as a form of effective alternative dispute resolution. German-Southeast Asian Center of Excellence for Public Policy and Good Governance is bringing together mediators and stakeholders in Asia to discuss legislative adoption, regulation and attitudes towards mediation.
