Mr Gregory Vijayendran SC’s present practice focusses on litigation, arbitration and mediation of civil commercial and chancery disputes. He has also been recognized as an expert in corporate insolvency and charities governance. He has also given expert witness testimony for overseas court proceedings.

Gregory graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1992, was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1993 and is practising at Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP. Gregory was appointed Senior Counsel in 2019.

He presently serves as President of the Law Society and Vice President of the Singapore Academy of Law. He has also been appointed as a Fellow of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore, the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and the Singapore Institute of Directors.

Gregory is on SIMC’s panel of Specialist Mediators and has been involved in numerous high value cross-border disputes under the auspices of SIMC.
